Lots of electrical stuff is different, easier to just buy a gas car to convert.

I just got my 26X19X3 tig welded aluminum single pass made by PRC for $223 shipped.
I had them make it without a filler neck so it will mount under the core support.
Also has a 1/2 npt bung welded...
