try

checking your oil seperator in the air filter. make sure the oil can drain down the tube back into your engine. If not, it will get sucked in and burned as fuel.

fuel increases temps, turbo only really increase temps when outside their efficiency curve. Personally, I'd tune it up to 14PSI if you have a tight engine with little blowby.

With that much excess, you should buy a diesel genset and make run it off a blend. save another $100-$200 in power bills.

BOV vs. Fuel shutoff valve

reducing the boost without reducing fuel will raise your EGTs. If you hear the BOV, let off the pedal. watch that gauge.

If your battery has enough juice left, it should start up and sound like normal.

Don't let it run for more than 20 seconds or so, cause that same belt turns...
