I was just in for my 10,000-mile service. I asked the service guy “when do we get to see the new
Diesels here in the USA. He said “NEVER”. “WHAT!” I said, with just a bit of panic in my voice, “how can that be?” He backed down a bit and said “not in the foreseeable future” The question is should I take REAL good care of my 99-TD, because it might be the last Diesel I can get here in the USA?
