(2) Why not just fill a glass bottle or carafe from a water filter?

I found this site:

7 Smart Ways To Boost Your Testosterone

They go over some of the stuff the 'abs' guy talks about, that is how the right kind of weight lifting will enhance testosterone production all by itself. Also talk about how eating fat and cholesterol help:

Here are some foods they recommend on that score:

I eat most of that now, a couple of other things interested me:

They also mention zinc and vitamin D.
I have avoided Animal fat all of my life, and excessive grease.
I am the most macho sunbeetch west of the missippi, so that pretty much means the baddest ass in the USA, I can kick any irishmans ass -anyday.

also consuming animal fat is one known cause of Alzheimer's disease, so if you wanna loose all yer marbles,, chomp up all those blobs of greasy fat--its _so_delicious_!_!

Define animal fat. Salmon are greasy, butter is a fat, lard is definitely an animal fat.

I've been too cheap to get a home filter plus I think the big machines are probably better. There are at least 3 steps to those. Home Depot has a smaller sort of home filter for about $50 but I have to wonder how good they are.

I don't want to be making a trip to the vending machine all the time so I'd like to have some good containers to take. So far I think I'm going to get a couple of the #1 PET 5 gallon jugs.

I like the idea of glass but I have to venture are and wide in my work and plastic bottles were so convenient to haul around with me. No breakage.

I'll see what I can find out about stainless steel containers. The small ones are good for in the car or truck.

Salmon fat - what there is of it,is the good type- omega 3. As long as its not a fukashima salmon., or a commercial farm one. Commercial Salmon sucks, that is not natural salmon fat, its molested by humans.
salmon is not greasy to me,
im talking about the white blobs that the typical texas jackass - who likes "marbled brisket". If the like to leave plenty of fat~rind on it because "that's what gives it flavor", you might search a thread about basket weaving bacon on top of the meatloaf pic.......
I think the guy had a quad bypass months later.

From what I've been reading, grass fed beef really is lot better than grain fed. It's leaner, less of the fat you refer to, and grass fed has omega 3s. Two to four times the omega 3s as grain fed beef.

Eat Wild - Health Benefits

The bulletproof coffee thing was inspired by the guy having some yak butter tea in Tibet and being revived by it. The recipe is coffee plus a tablespoon, or so, of grass fed butter and a tablespoon of coconut oil, then foamed up in a blender. I've been drinking it. Not bad.

Trader Joes has grass fed butter - Kerrygold. Salt free is best. Also contains omega 3s.

really the perfect cow is extinct, these breeds we have now are not healthy period.Wild meats,buffaloe,deers,ect..,and goat, and mutton, are better choices.Corn fed anything is not good, and corn syrup is in everything now.Even chickens are being fed chicken parts, and blood.I'am lucky, and buy my meats from local growers, who free range their animals.White sugar is deadly too,I buy raw sugar at wal mart now.

I'm kinda interested in this myself just to see how it might impact my training and recovery. My training is pretty intense right now - pushing weights, biking/running, and doing some HIIT class every day!

Got a solid place to read up on this?

the air we breathe, and food we eat, kill us over time.Alot of people that live over 100,live in high mountains.Caloric restriction has been proven in mice, and rats to increase lifespans.Modern man does not practise fasting any longer, alot of religous folks are porkers.I think it gives the body time to destroy toxins, free radicals.Getting your heart rate up to at least 15 minutes a day helps in so many ways.My BP went to normal levels after 6 years of medication.I bought a exercise bike for indoor use.It also relieves some of my deppression,I have quit alot of medication.Using astragulus m. promotes making the cell telomeres longer,so they divide and multiple, without cell death, and D3.Acia,and Goji berries destroy free radicals,I also lost 48 pounds since last January.Went from tight 34 jeans to 30s.

Years ago I read that Mr. T fasted one day a week. Just mentioning that as he was clearly not skinny, actually looked pretty fit.

I used to fast a day here and there, or partially, fruit only for a day. Will try it again.

Might be worth a shot. I gather you need to travel to find a place that serves them.

Well I wouldn't have you travel just for more commercial bull testicles, go for the Bison Testicles!

Very important update on the vital question of endocrine disruptor free plastic for water storage/dispensing. I found a 5 gal carboy (the name for the standard bottle at the top of a the standard water dispenser) rated 'food grade' at a brewing supply store. Made from #1 PET, my reading has it that it's better than #7. Cost about $25. They also have a 5 gal glass carboy for about $35. That would be nice but I'm thinking you'd want to macrame some sort of basket for grabbing it or would be too easy to break it when taking it out of the filtered water dispenser machine. Or handling it anywhere when full.

For smaller portable use I found this 24 oz stainless steel bottle, no plastic liner:

http://www.amazon.com/Shape-Stainless-Steel-Bottle-Canteen/dp/B00KXE6BD8/ref=sr_1_2?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1463982381&sr=1-2&keywords=Stainless+Steel+Water+Bottle+Canteen+-+24oz.+Capacity+by+Simply+Green+Solutions

Several types to choose from.
