I bought a 1990 350SDL over the holidays and drove it up from Florida to Michigan. Well, I went to register it and get some plates for it today. When the lady at the Secretary of States told me how much I had to pay for registration and plates for 1 year, my jaw hit the floor.

$232!!!!!

I was told I am going to have to pay $211 each year to renew my plates every year. The SOS of Michigan is raking us over the coals.

Just curious how much everyone else has to pay in their respective states?
